The difference is that if you drive a 325i, you are a cheapskate that can't afford a newer and improved 328i. They are both E36s, the differences stem from the fact they were manufactured in different years. There is no difference until the 328i and all other E36s had the facelift in 1997. The detail, well you can look that up for yourself.
Of course any 3-series will have nimlbler handling than a 5-series because of it lighter weight and smaller size. The question really comes down to a choice of 3-series vs. 5-series. The layout of the car will make a bigger difference in your impression of the cars than the slight difference between the 2 engines you ask about.-----
for last year's 330i and the new 328i, they both have a 3 litre engine? Yes, along with the 2006 325i which has the 3l engine also. 5000cc said: the 330i has 255 hp, and 300 torque. however, the new 328i only comes with 230 hp and ONLY 200 torque~. the torque of 328i really dispointed me, because it accelerate slowly.325 is a 325e. 325e is typically not as sought after as a 325i because they have low revving 2.7l engines (the ETA engine) and make less power than the 325i. they’re still awesome cars just a bit more conservative. as for whether it’s worth buying really depends on the condition. i would choose a clean 325e over a rusty beat 325i any day
The 328i wagon starts at $34,975, rising to $36,875 for the 328xi. The sedan begins at $33,175 for the 328i, with the 328xi costing $35,075. The two-wheel-drive four-door 335i is $39,675, and theLjNUFaU.
