Hi razorclaw, Thanks for the reply. So it seems that the 2ltr Diesel engine is made in France or Sweden. I initially thought it was in Dagenham, UK but it seems the 2.2 only is made there.
Here’s more on Ford Mondeo bad fuel injector diagnosis. Not Enough Fuel – The fuel pump may not be able to provide the fuel pressure needed for the engine to run properly. When it asks for a lot of fuel, instead of taking off, it stalls out with the demand. This can be caused by the fuel pump or fuel filter. zanGr76.
