Makesure you sue the right USB port that was the only problem i had with my old G25. It was recognized as a DFGT instead and didn't work at all. This looks like a different problem but geting the right driver should help. I'm using a USB 3.0 port, and can't find manual drivers for it, all I can find is LGS and a firmware update.
