I am pretty sure, as with all Xbox games, your game save data is stored on the cloud connected to your Microsoft Xbox account. Either what you say is true and my game, in this case, 'Slay the spire' isn't syncing, as my savegame is not available. Or what you say isn't the case and not all games have cloud saves.
I copied the HOODLUM folder to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming. I mentioned wrong before. Sorry! I know this thread is dead but did you have any problem opening the game.
